At Drysolv (accessible via https://drysolv.com), these Terms of Service set out the agreement between you and us when you browse the site or buy something from it. We have kept the legal frame intact and the language as plain as it can reasonably be.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Orders are accepted for delivery within the United States only.

4. Products

We sell ready-made stocked inventory: work shirts and work pants held in our own stock and shipped from Thomasville, North Carolina. Product photography, fabric descriptions, and measurements are published as accurately as we can manage, though screen calibration varies and a color can read slightly differently on your monitor than in daylight.

Availability is not guaranteed. If an item sells out between your order and our picking it, we notify you and refund that line in full.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. A change never affects an order already confirmed. If an obvious error appears, such as a decimal in the wrong place, we may cancel affected orders and refund them in full rather than fulfill at a price nobody intended.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we received it, and the contract is formed once the order has been processed and shipped. We may decline an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or payment cannot be verified, and any amount taken is refunded in full.

7. Payment and Billing

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through the PayPal gateway, whether you pay with a PayPal balance, a debit card, or a credit card. By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the method chosen. Charges are one-time; nothing on this site enrolls you in a subscription.

Declined payments create no order and no charge. Where a chargeback is raised, we cooperate fully with the issuer and provide order, shipping, and delivery records as part of that process. Accepted methods are set out in our Payment Methods.

8. Shipping

Rates, cutoff, processing, and transit estimates are published in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays or events outside our control, though we will always work the problem with you rather than pointing at the carrier.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Stopping or amending an order is governed by our Cancel & Change Order Policy. Both form part of these terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy the catalog for commercial use, or to submit false information at checkout. Access may be suspended where any of that occurs.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, photography, layout, and the store name, belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent. Claims of infringement are handled under our DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy.

Our pages may link to sites we do not operate. We cannot answer for their content or for how they handle your information, and a link from us is not an endorsement of them.
