The questions that come in most often, answered in full. If yours is not here, email [email protected] and it will be.
| Question | Short Answer |
|---|---|
| What does shipping cost? | $4.95 flat, whatever the order size |
| How long until it arrives? | 6–10 business days in total, most of the time |
| Where do you ship? | The United States only |
| How long do I have to return something? | 30 days from delivery, tags attached |
| Who pays return shipping? | We do. The prepaid label is $0.00 to you |
| Can I cancel? | Yes, within 24 hours. Often later too |
| How do I reach you? | Email [email protected] |
What payment methods do you accept? PayPal, debit cards, and credit cards on the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover networks. Everything runs through the PayPal gateway, and you do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. Full details sit on our Payment Methods page.
When am I charged? In full at the moment you place the order. There is no later billing and no recurring charge of any kind.
My card was declined. What happened? Usually a billing address mismatch, a mistyped security code, or an automatic fraud block from your bank. Nothing is charged and no order is created when a payment fails, so it is safe to try again once the details are checked.
Can I change or cancel an order? Yes, within 24 hours, and often after that if the parcel has not left us. Email your order number and what you want changed. The full picture is on our Cancel & Change Order Policy page.
Is there an order cutoff? Yes. Orders paid before 5:00 PM EST on a business day start processing the same day. Anything later starts the next business day.
Where do you ship? Street addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally, and we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or United States territories.
How much is shipping? $4.95 flat per order. It does not change with weight, item count, or distance.
How long does delivery take? Handling takes 1–3 business days and transit usually runs 5–7 business days, so most orders land within 6–10 business days of being placed.
Will I get tracking? Yes, emailed as soon as the label gets its first carrier scan. You can also look the order up on our Order Tracking page. Full shipping terms are on our Shipping Policy page.
Tracking says delivered but nothing is here. Email us. We open the carrier trace ourselves rather than sending you to do it. Worth a look around the property first, since parcels often surface within a day, but you do not have to prove anything before contacting us.
How long do I have? 30 days from the delivery date, with the item unworn, unwashed, and tags still on.
Do I have to explain why I am returning something? No. A reason helps us decide what to stock next, but you do not have to justify the return to us.
Who pays for return shipping? We do. Request the return by email and a prepaid label lands in your inbox within 1 business day, at no cost to you. If you have no printer, say so and it comes in a format the carrier can scan from a mobile screen.
Is there a restocking fee? No. $0.00, on every return, for any reason.
When do I get my money back? Timing is set out in full on our Return & Refund Policy page, along with how long a bank typically takes to post it.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. Email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. It goes to the front of the queue, and you choose a replacement or a full refund including the original shipping.
Can I exchange instead? Yes, with free shipping both ways. Returning and reordering is usually quicker, since the new order ships straight away.
What do you sell? Men's work shirts and work pants. Shirts run from a light plain weave through mid-weight twill to brushed flannel. Pants come in twill, ripstop, and canvas.
How do I pick a size? Every listing carries flat measurements, and pants are listed by waist and inseam separately. Measure a pair you already wear and compare, rather than going by the number on your old label, since cuts differ.
What does fabric weight mean? It is the weight of a square yard of the cloth, given in ounces. Higher numbers mean a denser, warmer, tougher fabric that takes longer to dry. Lower numbers mean a lighter cloth that breathes and dries faster.
Will these shrink? Cotton work fabrics move a little on the first hot wash. Where a garment is listed as pre-shrunk, that movement has already happened at the mill. Washing warm rather than hot keeps the rest of it in check.
Do you restock sold-out sizes? Often, though not always. Email us the size you are after and we will tell you honestly whether it is coming back.
