At Drysolv (accessible via https://drysolv.com), this page sets out how you can pay, what happens to your card details, and when money actually leaves your account.
Checkout is the point where most people want to know exactly who is handling what. The short version: we handle work shirts and work pants, and PayPal handles the money. Your card number never reaches us at any stage.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below. If a payment question is not answered here, email us at [email protected] and we will sort it out with you.
| Item | What Applies |
|---|---|
| Accepted methods | PayPal, debit card, and credit card |
| Card networks | Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover |
| Gateway | PayPal, PCI DSS compliant |
| PayPal account | Not required to pay by card |
| When you are charged | In full at the time the order is placed |
| Currency | United States Dollars (USD) |
| Sales tax | Calculated at checkout where applicable |
| Card data stored by us | None |
Every transaction runs through PayPal's payment gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant. You do not need a PayPal account to use a card. Choose the card option at checkout and enter the details directly on PayPal's secure form.
Card and bank details are entered on PayPal's system, not ours. We never see, store, or process a full card number. What comes back to us is a confirmation that the payment succeeded and a transaction reference we can use for refunds and support.
Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Nothing is billed later, and there is no subscription, membership, or recurring charge anywhere on this site. Orders enter processing only after payment is confirmed.
All prices and charges are in USD. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may add a foreign transaction fee and apply its own exchange rate. That fee is set by your issuer and does not come to us.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, based on your delivery address. The full amount is shown before you confirm the order.
When a payment is declined, nothing is charged and no order is created. Common causes include:
Checking the details and trying once more resolves most of these. If it keeps failing, your bank can usually tell you why in a sentence. Email us at [email protected] and we will help from our side too.
A declined attempt sometimes leaves a temporary authorization hold on your statement. It is not a charge and no money has moved. Holds normally clear on their own within a few business days, and your issuer can release one sooner if you ask.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Conditions, timing, and the free prepaid return label are all set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
If our accepted methods or gateway change, this page is updated and the revision month at the top changes with it.
Payment problems are usually quick to unpick, so send the order number and what you saw.
