7. Repeat Infringers

8. Misrepresentation

Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act makes anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, liable for damages and legal costs. Please be sure before you file either kind of notice.
