At Drysolv (accessible via https://drysolv.com), plans change and orders get placed at the end of a long day. This page explains how to stop or adjust an order after you have clicked buy, and how long you have to do it.

Work clothes are ordered against a size chart, and sometimes the waist or the inseam is reconsidered an hour later. That is a normal thing to want to fix, not an inconvenience, so the window here is generous and the process is a single email.

Cancellations and Changes at a Glance

Canceling Within 24 Hours

You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, for any reason at all. No reason is required and none is asked for. Email [email protected] with your order number and we cancel it and refund the full amount, including the $4.95 shipping fee.

Changing an Order Within 24 Hours

Within the same window we can change the shipping address, swap a size or a color, adjust quantities, or add an item to the order. Send the order number and the change you want in one email. If the new total is higher we send a payment link for the difference. If it is lower the difference goes back to your original payment method.

After the Window Has Passed

The 24 hours mark is not a wall. If your order is still with us and has not been handed to a carrier, we will still cancel it. Email us and ask. The honest answer depends on where the parcel is standing at that moment, and we will tell you plainly.

After the Order Has Shipped

Once a parcel is moving we cannot pull it back, but you still have two ways out. You can refuse the delivery at the door and the carrier returns it to us automatically. Or accept it and email us to request a prepaid return label, which we send within 1 business day. Either route costs you nothing and the order is refunded in full.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

• Final sale and clearance items, once processing has begun.
• Orders that have already been assigned a tracking number.

If your situation falls just outside one of these, write to us anyway.

Address Corrections

If you spot a wrong or incomplete address, email us at [email protected] immediately. Before dispatch we simply correct it. After dispatch, write to us anyway and we will contact the carrier on your behalf to request a redirect or a hold for pickup. Carriers do not always agree, but the attempt is ours to make, not yours.

Cancellations We Initiate

Occasionally we have to cancel an order from our side. The usual causes are stock that turns out to be unavailable, a payment that cannot be verified, or a pricing error on the site. When that happens you get an email explaining exactly what went wrong and a full refund of everything you paid, including shipping. Where the item is simply out of stock we will tell you whether it is coming back.

Changes to This Policy

This page is updated when our order handling changes, and the revision month sits at the top. An order already placed is handled under the terms in force on the day it was placed.
